YOUD is located after La Vista, Emaar, and Tatweer Misr projects, and before Palm Hills — our second project in Ras El Hikma is coming after that — then Hassan Allam, Mountain View, and SODIC. So we're in the "Golden Square" of the Ras El Hikma area.

The project is built on six terraces/platforms, meaning 80% of the units have a sea view.
The first platform is at a height of 20 meters and contains villas only — twin houses and standalone units, ground floor + 1, first row on the sea.
As for the chalets, they start from the second platform, at a height of 26 meters — 6 meters higher than the villas' platform — so while sitting in the garden or the reception area, you still get a full sea view.
The heights then increase by 4 meters with each subsequent platform, up to the highest point in the project at 42 meters above sea level.
